The following data is collected through the contact form on our site:

• Phone number
• Email address
• Information you provide as free text regarding your request

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

This data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your request and providing our Inward Processing Authorization Certificate consultancy service. The legal basis is that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract under Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK, and your explicit consent.

Your data is not used for marketing purposes and is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Transfer of data and transfer abroad

In order for your request to reach us and be stored, your data is transferred to the website hosting and email service providers we use. The servers of these providers are located abroad; therefore, your data is transferred abroad within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK.

This transfer is based on the explicit consent you give when you submit the form. The transfer takes place solely for the purpose of technically providing the service and is limited to this purpose; the recipients do not use your data for their own purposes.

5. Retention of data

The data is retained for a reasonable period following the conclusion of your request and within the retention periods stipulated by the relevant legislation; at the end of the period it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Cookies

Our site uses no cookies. There is no advertising, tracking or analytics code whatsoever.

When you view the pages, your browser does not send requests to any third-party server; all resources, including fonts, are served from our own domain. For this reason, merely browsing the site does not transfer any personal data to us or to third parties. Data transfer only occurs if you submit the contact form.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to request the restriction of processing.
